Learn Lightroom and Photoshop Session A – 3 weeks
March 31, 2020 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm$300.00
This is a 3 part workshop that takes place over 3 weeks. In Learn Lightroom and Photoshop in New Orleans we will cover the use of Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on Lightroom, and Photoshop over three Tuesdays. Our goal is to learn with the intention to better understand the essential digital imaging tools used to manage and create high quality artwork while shooting RAW in your Digital SLR and Mirrorless Cameras. Adobe Creative Cloud allows the digital photographer to remain current on the latest tools, features, and updates relating to the entire Adobe catalog. If you are getting serious about your photography THERE IS NO QUESTION YOU NEED TO SHOOT RAW! Let Zack help you make that transition an easy and useful one with this insightful New Orleans photography workshop on Magazine Street.
Shooting RAW and creating a digital workflow is easier than you think. Knowing the post process tools that await your soon to be “ready for the wall” images will have you shooting more and more. We will learn all about Lightroom and Photoshop import/export presets, filters, compositing, and layers. If you are wondering what the new Lightroom features are and how they’ll help your editing workflow, we will go over the many new features in Lightroom Classic in this course! I will walk you through step by step and in person!
Using this software can improve your digital file management, productivity, and editing in addition to delivering exceptional images from your RAW files. This Workflow & Editing Process will be demonstrated using selected images from one of the in-class shooting assignments.

“I’ve been working with Lightroom for years, and I’ve taken classes from other instructors, yet I felt I still didn’t understand how to correctly use different features in Lightroom. Zack Smith Photography, explained things to me in a simple easy to follow way. I never worked with the presets before and didn’t understand the importance of them before this class. I recommend this class not only for beginners, but people who feel they’re not utilizing everything Lightroom has to offer. Rachel Douglas, New Orleans, LA.
“Zack creates such a casual atmosphere which promotes an easy learning environment. I want to take this class again as with each of his classes…”
